Our Environmental Pillar – Managing Natural Resources
- Emitted 23,484 TonCo2eq for Scope 1 and Scope 2 (calculated using a Market-Based methodology);
- Energy consumption is primarily located in Europe (44%), followed by America (29%); Asia (20%), and the Middle East and Africa (7%);
- 16% of waste diverted from disposal.
Our People – Passion-Driven Value Creators
- 16% growth of personnel compared to 2022, with the highest growth rate in the US (+49%), followed by the Middle East and Africa (+24%), Europe (+15%), and Asia (+8%);
- 27% of our workforce are women, with the highest percentage in the white-collar professional category (44% of all white-collar employees are women; 66% of the women employed are white collar workers);
- Achieved a 2.0 rate of low-consequence injuries and a 0.0 rate of fatalities and high-consequence injuries.
Our Governance – A spotlight on our cybersecurity program
We have continued to mature and expand our cybersecurity program to keep pace with the evolving threat landscape. Key initiatives include:
- Expanding the Cybersecurity Team – to support our growing business, we reinforced our Information Security team under the leadership of our CISO, Andrea Succi, enhancing our defensive capabilities;
- Achieving ISO 27001:2022 Certification;
- Improving Threat Detection and Response;
- Integrating Threat Intelligence;
- Strengthening Data Resilience;
- Upholding Data Privacy Compliance;
- Maturing Incident and Risk Management Processes;
- Launching a Multi-Year Cybersecurity Program.
